Sex Therapy

It is important to do some research when you are looking for a sex therapy provider to be sure that they have had the appropriate education and training to work with sexual issues, and have received appropriate certification such as AASECT (American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists) certification in sex therapy.
I attended the University of Michigan Sexual Health program and completed all the requirement to earn my certificate in Sex Therapy, which included 90 hours of sexual health education and 60 hours of training in sex therapy. Following my education I received 50 hours of supervision from an AASECT certified supervisor in order to receive my certification as an AASECT certified therapist. I am an experienced and competent sex therapist who has been trained by some of the leaders in the sex therapy field, most notably Sallie Foley LMSW, the author of "Sex Matters For Women" and a renown AASECT certified sex educator and sex therapist.

I treat a variety of issues related to sexual health including desire discrepancy, erectile disorders (ED), ejaculation disorders, orgasmic disorders and sexually related pain.
