Rates
$175 for the first session (50 minutes)
$160 per follow up session (50 minutes)
$175 for all couples sessions (50 minutes)
$265 for an extended couples session (80 minutes)
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part if you have Medcost/CBHA insurance or are covered by an employee benefit plan. I do not accept any other private insurance. I can provide a statement to present to your insurance provider if you have out of network benefits you wish to use
. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment and can be safely applied through the telehealth portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
